I had to get a ultra sound in an intimate area. The whole process went smoothly and I had no problems at all.The room was tidy and clean.Kogarah Imaging Centre also practice Covid safety.

I have been twice for an ultrasound and each time the service was exceptional. Mark was an absolute legend answered all my questions effectively. Highly recommend this place!

The x-ray technical was fantastic - quick and efficient and friendly. I went on a Saturday morning and the wait time was left than 10mins. No need to print the referral from GP if it’s been provided by email you can email it to the medical receptionist there when checking in.Entry is via South St, not the Princes Highway. There is street parking however it’s not easy to come by. There are two parking stations nearby - the St George private hospital car park behind the imaging centre - approx $10 for one hour. There is also a public car park up the road that a little less expensive.

Their biggest competitor in the area is always booked out, so it's much easier to find a spot in Lumus for either scan, x-ray, mri or even injections.Their staff are friendly, but they could comunicate better when they are running behind.In my first visit, I waited for 50 minutes and I was really frustrated because nobody warned me they were late, and didn'toffee any explanation when I asked if something was wrong (around 40min waiting) even though, I arrived 15 minutes early, as requested.In my second visit, they attended to me straight away (which was a surprise, as I almost arrived late as a result of my previous frustration).I wish they had digital forms that we could fill in advance, or on your phone. That would also make things more practical in my opinion (not sure if is feasible).It's weird that they have 3-4 staff in the reception, but only one of them welcome customers (she is always busy, poor lady). The others only answer for calls, I think.Their competitor normally prints scans in the same day, but my doctor received my scan the say after, so it wasn't that bad.In overall, I recommend Lumus. I just hope they improve a bit on customer service, perhaps they need more staff? What about a little queue display?Something to help you how much late they are behind, if they are...I don't mind having if appointments are late, it happens to everyone, but transparency gives trust and avoids stress.

Not one to complain but this is my second bad experience at Lumus Kogarah. First time called ahead (although messaging is you never do) explained in detail what type of XRay was required. All booked in and when I turned up I was sent home as ‘we can’t do this type of XRay’. Second experience today: I try to call ahead and after 20 min wait, person just hangs up. So I drive over and I am told to return in 3 hours for the scan. Clearly the walk in option is none existing! This all happened in the last month. Really bad customer experience.

Rubbish. I received sms from them that they received my referral. I went there and they said they hadn’t received, I called my doctor to fax them and he did. After sometime they said they can’t fit me. There is no parking. I had already paid $10.40 but couldn’t do. They wanted to give another appointment but I am not that stupid. Wasted my morning. Rubbish.

Avoid this place at all cost. Rang to book an MRI in January and the lady said it would $150 then when I went to pay she was quite rude as I seemingly interrupted her gossiping conversation. They then called me nearly 5 months later to pay the invoice and when he was checking my details they had the total wrong address and Medicare number, of which I questioned if I was paying the right invoice he told to just pay or it will be passed onto a third party. When the invoice came through via email it was for nearly $500 !!!

Great service, I needed an emergency ultrasound and the receptionist was very helpful fitting me in even when they were fully booked. She was very kind on the phone which I appreciated as I was very upset. The gentleman doing the ultrasound was also really lovely and put me at ease straight away in a very stressful time.

Got an appointment for an MRI. Then needed to postpone it for a week. Easily and quickly done. Come the day, check-in was quick and easy, staff helpful and friendly, and the whole process went smoothly with minimum waiting time. All done in less than an hour, and left with a cool DVD of my hip-bones in my hands.
