I had such a poor poor experience at the Hollywood Plaza store in Adelaide 13/12/19. Being the only customer in store there was no greeting what so ever. The guy who first served me didn't bother to follow through with his sale, then the girl who took over was so rude to me while i was trying on the highest priced sneakers mind you. Even blaming her mistake on me because she got me the wrong style shoe out i asked for, mixing them up with a totally different style I had just tried on first. Telling me rudely that i had tried this style on but Sorry but i think i know what shoe i just tried on. I did end up purchasing totally different shoe and i did spent quite a bit of money but for me to get the eye roll and short answers because someone doesnt want to be there or whatever reason i definetly wont be going back even again. They never want to help anyone in there. This is not my first bad experience either.Think I'll stick to buying online from other sport stores and sites.

Very difficult to deal with, the company as a whole, can’t exchange items to any store only to the store it came from which is 3 hour drive away. I understand they are independently owned but surely in this day and age something can be done to help. Then when I returned the item via post I was rejected a refund, according to the company they are unable to resell them due to them being worn, we didn’t even have them in our possession for 24hours before I returned them via post! I will never buy from this company again, this is the second time I have been let down by you and I won’t allow it to happen to me again. Do yourself a favour and stick to the big companies, their system works better!! This company are awful to deal with, trust me!

Disappointed when trying to purchase through humm at Cannonvale intersport shop and the employees have no understanding or training how to do it. As a customer I am frustrated as I do purchased quite a lot of items online through humm. Why don't they have training in this field if it is a option for intersport online?
