Great Jewellers was their with a friend who had her wedding rings made there. Asked for an estimate on a piece for myself and they were very helpful. Although I am still doubtful whether I will change the piece unfortunateful as it is sentimental. But a wonderful experience anyway. Would definately recommend if wanting to alter anything.

First time I went in there to ask how to fix a lose earring stud lock and he fixed it in 2 minutes without charging me. The 2nd time I went was customize my 2 pairs of diamond earrings to solder them together to create just 1 pair with 2 diamonds each. I was and still am very happy with how it came out and even random people point out how pretty it looks! Not only are there prices very reasonable, their workmanship is impeccable plus they’re both very pleasant to work with in the sense that they listen to what you want but they also provide their input incase they think what you want isn’t feasible but they always have an alternative siggestion which they also don’t force on you. It’s been absoltuely great dealing with them. I highly reccomend them!

Thank you to Ferdinand and team for resizing my engagement and wedding bands. My rings are custom made (10 yrs ago) and I wanted experienced, honest and skilled, jewellers to resize it, since I couldn't get in contact with the original jeweller. I got recommended another jeweller by family who disappointingly, said they didn't have time, and also told me my rings were too intricate to resize without risking diamonds falling out.
