The white cups were chipped and coffee stained on the handles base and inside the cup they need a good bleach.The staff member was very rude and extremely abrupt not sure customer service is her calling. Donuts very oily in the middle the whole place needs a deep clean.Can only review on what we saw the donut machine was filthy.

My wife waited for 20minutes this morning to receive a coffee.If the 3 girls did more work and less chatting and laughing between themselves, they would get the work done a lot quicker . Stop bragging who the one is in charge and do your job. She actually told the girls exactly that when she did receive her coffee.Even my 2year old stood their and had to wait with herSo much better when Todd and Kody are there at least they are more prompt and professionalVery disappointed

Great quality products and good service.I would have 5starred but there have been times that my thickshake hasn't been mixed very well or they've taken so long to get orders through. Overall though they are great for a quick bite or shake.I regularly visit on the way into or out of BigW when looking for something.

Extremely rude new young lady on customer service. She gave rude looks, made me and my family very uncomfortable when ordering and seemed judgemental.

Worst food I've ever had at dounut King, if I could have no stars i would give them no stars. There was no skin on the hot dog, the bread was all stale as well as the dounuts. I think someone else should be under management

Coffee great donuts good, sometimes part order missed but they respond quickly when brought to their attention. They do make the best ham cheese tomato toasties

Did you know their iced coffee's aren't really iced coffee's? They're a milkshake, done in a coffee cup, made with old pre made coffee shots..or was it instant coffee? I asked for an iced caramel latte, expecting milk, a fresh coffee shot, ice, a pump of caramel and ice cream on top(because the gent said they make it with ice cream)and that's definitely not what I got. I watched him make it the same way he makes his milkshakes and I standing there, shoked. I didn't notice once, them wiping down the milkshake machine, so wouldn't be surprised if I got some lime milkshake in my iced coffee". Not to mention the price of this drink

Staff employed there are fantastic. The young staff who are employed there, work with a sense of urgency , great coffee :)4 stars though . The young girl had no idea when making reference to my son's favourite dougnut . Stared at me with a blank look - frustrating.
