I had a good experience with these guys again. If I’m dealing with Rivervale or O’Connor the service level is pretty efficient and supportive of keeping my equipment operating. Phil down at spares is all over it. The boys in service helped me figure out my issues and gave me the option to diy which saved me a lot of time and of course a few dollars. I have never purchased from the store before, however I own a coffee machine and I was unable to use my machine. There was a lovely kind man who offered to help me even though I didn’t want purchase from him. Kindness is free!

I have bought two coffee machines from Espresso Works and have been totally happy with both of them. The service is friendly and knowledgable and when the machines needed servicing it was done in a timely manner. I dealt with Mauro and James mostly and they were both great.

Purchasing an high end coffee machine was such a pleasure at Espresso Works Rivervale. From the moment I called to find out about models, to the sales floor experience, to the after sales service - Rob looked after us like we were family. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. Such a contrast to the other coffee machine seller i had contacted before. And, the coffee machine is just beautiful! Highly recommend!

The customer service was so bad, the staff was so rude to me while I ask nicely for the item that I would love to buy. I would love to have more brief for more understanding but the staff was just out of patience and not explaining.

Couldn’t love this place more. They’ll fix your gear, you can buy gear from them, they have awesome free advice on anything coffee, they sell everything you need including a great range of locally roasted beans. Oh, you can do lessons there too. Stop ordering from the internet and get in there!
