We recently used WeatherWorld to install a new heating and cooling system in our house. We were thoroughly impressed with the entire process. We received exceptional customer service and advice when choosing the system to install. It was the most competitive price compared to 4 other quotes we receieved. Installation day was seamless, the trades were professional, efficient, and took pride in their work. We are overall completely stoked with our new system. Touch screen unit stopped working, luckily they sent out a technician to replace it just before the warranty expired (1 week prior to the 5 years)Technician performed a service" on the roof unit while there and now the house is completely humid when it is on and water runs continuously out of the outlet pipe.They won't fix because it's "out of warranty now" and are somehow saying that they technician "didn't service" the unit ¯\_(ツ)_/¯Terrible attitude on the phone from the service centre guy."

Had 3 inverter units installed and cannot recommend more. Talked us through every step, considered all our requests and left our house spotless. Worth every penny!

We decided to contact Weatherworld to procure a heating system. An initial payment of $180 was made as a call out fee with the understanding that a quote for the cost of the heating system would be provided. The representative who was dispatched, an elderly gentleman with glasses, assured us that a quote would be sent via email. However, it has been more than a month since the visit and we are yet to receive any correspondence from them. Regrettably, this has resulted in an unproductive use of our time. It is our expectation that the representative would have honored our request by providing the anticipated quote.

Weather World installed our ducted heating last week and we are really happy with the sales, service, price, and installation process. Derek visited our older property and spent lots of time chatting with us and ensuring that we were getting the right product and an accurate quote. Furthermore he ensured that we had the latest information on how to claim rebates, and they even took care of claiming that for us. Our installation was scheduled in only a week after accepting the competitive quote (a competing local company had a scheduled wait time of almost a month). When the installation guys came out, they were on time, very efficient, friendly and explained how they were installing the new system, and how to operate it. They made very minimal mess and cleaned it up. I very highly recommend Weather World Fawkner (and the head office were very helpful too).

So happy with the Weather World team, right from the lovely woman on the phone (initial contact). Peter Panos the very experienced and helpful salesman to the man who tore out the old system and put in the beautiful and warm new system. I can reccommend with a 10/10.
