Once got racially abused by one of their drivers. Asked him not to park in front of my driveway, when he seemed to be doing some work in the cafe next door! He told me I couldn’t tell him where to park as I’m not from this country! Nice!

These guys are super dodgey, they lie and force you to make changes to your business and will make up a story to make you work with them, they charge double the amount for a clean than other companies, and they charge 100% cancellation fee without any notice. Do not work with these people they are dodgey.

So I happened to engage this company at the same time as my property agent who is a bully, I end up received a passive quote done by this company who has not been getting access to my site, unless they broken into my rental property for site inspection in order to be able to quote the job, however don’t know how thy come up with $2000 to do a job that they can not get access to. The dodgy quote is also twice as much as other qualified duct system cleaning company in Melbourne, stay away from them, they are a dodgy and rip-off merchant.

Absolutely terrible service. They didn't do half of the things acorded on the contract and they don't even reply to our calls pretending they are busy all the time. Look somewhere else. We wanted to help a small business and unfortunately didn't go well.
