The Pivot team are incredible. We came to them with a large sloping vacant block of land and only a handful of basic ideas for our home design. The journey the team has taken us on has been nothing but enjoyable. Chloe & Peter ensure you feel supported at every step along with transparent communication and an honest approach. The team's design planning offered concepts and considerations from insight drawn from their impeccable knowledge and expertise. At every step of the journey we felt we were listened to and our input was incorporated and accommodated as much as possible.At one stage we were provided a complete alternative by the Pivot team which better matched our brief which has led to a design we love. My wife and I purchased an older home in Barwon Heads in 2010 and used it on a part time basis for a number of years. Eventually we decided to upgrade our weekend home and relocate from Melbourne.After spending a number of months looking at the possibility of renovating our home at Barwon Heads we finally decided that we didn't want to continue to compromise the final result on an ever increasing budget so we took another tack. We looked at a number of display homes and talked to local residents about local builders. Eventually we found Pivot Homes, a local custom home builder that demonstrated the quality and services that we were looking for.My wife and I have worked in the design and construction industry on a range of projects for a number of years and worked with Pivot Homes on the design and subsequent construction of our home.
