I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience while working with Kennedy homes. As a first time builder of course I was worried especially hearing all the horror stories.Building a house is such a massive thing, it’s not just a simple purchase and a lot is on the line. I will be forever grateful I chose to build with Kennedy Homes.I honestly have nothing but positive things to say about them. It’s only Darren and Jacinta you deal with. There was no ‘I’ll get this person to call, I can’t get a hold of this guy, what’s happening here’. Darren was always available to talk when I wanted to call and see how things were going. And trust me, as a first time builder I was calling either Darren and Jacinta frequently- they always had the time of day to talk to me and not once did I feel any sort of negativity coming from either of them.Even making regular trips to check out the progress all his tradies were just awesome and professional.I HIGHLY recommend using Kennedy Homes. Even just give him a call and have a chat.They are an honest family business which is what I loved about it.
