This is the best auspost ever. Staff are polite and helpful. Jasleen was very very nice as well, and it's definitely worth the 8 extra minutes driving from two other nearby branches where experiences have not been as positive.Strongly strongly strongly recommend.

I took the PP photo, walked out of store and remember that I request to email that photo. They charged me another full price. What a business? What an inconsiderate human being! Will never come back to this store. recommend people to think ofgoing here.

Poor customer service. Bad attitude of staff and manager.10/10 would not recommend going here. Asked my 8 year old son for a signature for a parcel that was delivered. Called Australia post head office they advised me that this should not happen. Staff tried to belittle us saying they didn't know his age after we presented his passport proving how old he was and didn't need a signature

Terrible service. Won’t accept New Zealand driver’s license or passport as valid forms of id to collect my parcel - proof of address and purchase shown. Told “it’s not Australian so we can not accept”
