Burger was good. Chips are usually fantastic but the box was about 80% chips and 20% salt which made them really hard to eat. Before we ordered they said they accepted Dine vouchers but when we went to pay they didn't accept them. They also add a credit card surcharge they don't tell you about. Overall, not a great experience. Different people there as well so we wondered if they have changed ownership?

Food is good, but sometimes the chips arrive cold, though today I found an EXTRA thing in my burger at no extra charge... NOT Happy!!! (see bone) and I understand meat grow on bones, but it is NOT expected or needed inside burgers.

Do not order the fit chick burger - was the worst burger I’ve ever had. The whole meal bun was extremely dense and floury and the patty was dry and tasteless. Won’t be ordering again.

The best charcoal chicken burgers I have ever eaten. The chilli and mayo combination is to die for! Chips are always cooked to perfection and salted well. The burger deal is very well priced given the quality and the quantity you receive. The owner is the nicest most welcoming man and always greets us with a smile. His daughters beautiful artwork hangs on the walls giving it that true family feel.

Portuguese chicken Burger was nice , although for what it was it was little pricey , most items on menu are on the high side price wise for an average corner good shop.

Unfortunately they do not have charcoal chicken even though the name says so. Even if the other items are ok I give 1 star for false advertising. Surely if you name says you sell a particular item then you should sell that, right ?

I used to like the chicken which was tasty and with the chips was good value until they started giving me old chickens that have been sitting there for a long time AND old re-fried chips, disgusting and disrespectful to a once loyal customer, avoid this place if you can

The best!!! We just ordered via uber eats and this was the best chicken burger I've had in ages! Chips a YUM! Great food! Will definitely become a weekly favourite!12/10 great chicken burger!

Up until about a month or so ago, I would have given this place 5 stars. They had the BEST hot chips and their chicken burgers in particular were amazingly crispy, felt healthy and fresh.Recently, something has changed, and the quality of the food they are producing is just not the same. The chips are stale and taste of old oil; the chicken in the burgers is not trimmed properly and either is undercooked or left with sinews or cartilage.I'm not sure if it is a new supplier/manager/kitchen staff, but I really hope they get some other honest feedback from long-time customers.
