I had a very pleasant experience with Fushion Realty. Graeme supported me and was very understanding throughout my time renting with him. The whole rental process was extremely easy when dealing with him and his son. Thank you.

I found the contact from Fusion Realty I dealt with to be quite unprofessional and even stood me up for an arranged appointment to view a property. He was barely apologetic after the fact. I would not recommend to anyoneEdit: The response given clearly shows how bad this company is to deal with. Both myself and the Fusion Realty contact (Graeme) spoke fluent English, I was not a prospective tenant looking to rent, there was no level of excessive information, and the appointment was organised through text over the course of a couple of days. Nothing mentioned is at all relevant to my review and none of the reasons justify not showing up for an agreed upon appointment. Simply Fusion Realty palming off accountability.Additionally it seems they managed to get a whole bunch of 5 star reviews all at the same time... suspicious. Not to mention copying and pasting responses to other negative reviews with similarly irrelevant responses. Clearly not taking any accountability and blaming everyone else for their own inadequacy.

In dealing with Fusion Reality I have had nothing but great communication and response with all my queries and Reality dealings.I have read the bad review from one certain person and come to the understanding she was the problem. Easier to blame someone else than to put your own hand up. With that being said, I would happily recommend Graeme, Fusion Reality to all.

As potential home buyers with Fusion Realty, I was extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism, service and communication at a recent open house that I attended and a follow up inspection that we attempted to organise. We have been in contact with several real estate agencies around the lower north shore area and we have never had such an unpleasant and frustrating experience. Upon scheduling a house inspection with Graeme, he did not even show up or bother to provide a reason for his absence. Following this, he blamed his absence on us for his blatant lack of communication.This has been an appalling experience that has been extremely off-putting and unfortunately has deterred us from partaking in any form of business in the future with Fusion Realty. I would not recommend!

Graeme manages my property and does an outstanding job.He makes sure all the maintenance is up-to-date & both tenants & property owners are happy.Looks like some of these negative reviews are from cranky tenants who haven't been doing the right things.Overall i cannot fault Fusion Realty.

Graeme successfully sold my property in Alexandria last year and got a better price than I was expecting. He arranged trade people to spruce up the place. Most agents leave sellers to arrange this themselves. He even found one potential buyer even before we advertised the property. He kept sales expenses lower than competitors like Di Jones. I was very happy with the service he provided and the result. Tom

Graeme and the team have been nothing but kind, proactive and professional over the years they have been managing my property. Regarding Jasmine Wrong's review, it took so long to fix the problem because she refused to give Fusion access to the property to fix the problem she had reported! If Fusion didn't want to fix the problems, why would they take her to the tribunal to get access to the property?? That's just nuts. If Fusion was refusing to fix the problems, why didn't SHE take Fusion to the NCat Court.The whole review is libellous to Fusion, and then she even slanders the Tribunal Member who conducted the hearing. If that is the way she gets around the world, somehow I doubt she'll ever be a buyer, but if somehow she did, I doubt many would be upset as missing her as a prospect.

We had the pleasure of having Graeme as our rental agent until today, when we handed the keys back (we moved into the home we bought).I find Graeme to not be like other agents. He's candid and honest, which is frankly refreshing and sorely needed in this industry. He's also professional, punctual and seems to genuinely care.If some day in the future we decide to rent out our place, I would have no hesitancy in contacting Graeme to ask to be our agent.

Graeme sorted me out for a short term rental as I was renovating my house. His sign up for a rental was very clear on what was being done with bonds, expectations and what to do if there were any problems. I had one service repair that was needed and via their website I could lodge what was needed to be fixed and a tradesman was onsite after the weekend.Thanks for a good rental experience.
