Great, small but very well organised team that provide great customer service! Genuinely happily to assist you in what you need. Well stocked showroom and nice range of clothes lines and letterboxes.Plenty of parking around. Open full days weekdays and half day Saturdays.

They were so helpful with which trampoline and monkey bar selection that would be best for us, offered us super competitive pricing, perfect installation and their follow up customer service is some of the best we've ever had. Great little spot with good selection of clothesline & mailboxes. Most importantly, they have excellent staff members who are friendly & knowledgeable. A gentleman answered every question of mine & took me to the right products after understanding my needs. Cost wise, they are well priced. In saved a lot of time & money when the salesman knew what I wanted straightaway. Well done guys!

Thank you Mark for helping me decide which clothesline suited my needs. I wanted the Austral folding rotary hoist and Mark suggested the 45 as the design was slightly better than the 51(also cheaper which was a bonus). A big thanks also to Rauno who installed the hoist, great guy and also very helpful.

Auswest Outdoors have been brilliant. We bought our Vuly trampoline from them and they have continued to assist us with its maintenance and issues over last 3 years. They’ve always gone way above our expectations.

Hills folding clothesline installed by Austwest last week. I inspected the clothesline today (6 days after install) and noted one of the posts wasn't square. Short story: The post holes were too shallow; there wasn't gravel at the post base; quickset concrete was used and the clothesline was installed shortly after pouring concrete; very little concrete was used and was at a depth of 200-250mm; I pulled the posts out of the ground with one hand; one of the posts was deeply scratched during installation and he didn't even attempt to remedy with touch-up paint; and the clothesline would have fallen over if we attempted to use it.Completely disgraceful and I'm waiting for Austwest's response.

I had an order for 3 days but didn't hear back from them. When I gave them a call to ask when they will deliver the lady told me that she doesn't know bc the delivery man not working so she has to wait till he comeback, she will let me know. Anyone else is happy to pick up at store.(wth)That's great but not everyone has car to pick up.
