Dogtainers Hobart

They transported our two Birman kitties from Tasmania to Melbourne, Melbourne back to Hobart, then from Hobart to the States with zero hassle, kindness, thoroughness and transparency. Sent us pictures of the kitties and updates. Cannot recommend them enough.

Called Dogtainers this week after getting the run a round from Dogtainers competitor the service was like chalk and cheese one company just wanted to get me off the phone and did not answer my question Dogtainers on the other hand answered all my questions and Maddie was so friendly and nice I later that day booked with them to move my dogs from Hobart to Brisbane. Everything went very smoothly.

We had a great experience with Dogtainers moving our cavoodle last minute from Hobart to Perth. Due to severe hot weather forecast for his initially scheduled flight, we had to book a last minute flight to get him to Perth and Dogtainers were able to organise it very efficiently for for a good price. dealt with Rheannon who was excellent.

From the very beginning they would say yes they could transport a puppy and then no we can't transport the puppy. It was just a mix of high emotions constantly, never knowing what would happen. In the end we couldn't get the puppy across to us and and they didn't seem to care about this at all!!!

Contacting this service was a waste of my time. I went online requesting a quote for crate higher. I was advised that the hire fee would be more expensive than the cost of purchasing the crate. I emailed back asking if I could purchase the crate and specified that I would need it same day, the business appeared on google to be near me, so purchasing a product same day didn't seem like it should be an issue. I received an email back saying that it was possible and to call their office. I called their office to be told that I couldn't purchase the crate but could perhaps hire one, I explained that I had been informed it would be more expensive than purchasing one so I'd prefer to buy the crate. I was again told this wasn't possible, as if my request was odd. I said that didn't seem right and (instead of perhaps being offered a lower hire fee?) was told I had 30 minutes to decide if I wanted to hire before cut off. I ended up going to Animal Tuckerbox and purchased the same crate for a lower price than Dogtainers were offering.
