Yeah typical BCF has all the bits and pieces for your favourite outdoor activities and most of the staff are good however at Xmas time had a staff member unwilling to compromise in general help in anyway and would not phone ahead to another store to ask if an item could be put on hold for 20mins until I got there. So rang store myself and they had no issue with doing so.

I had about the best customer service experience I've had in any place in years. Thank you to Lee for taking the time to advise me on the correct gear for the style of fishing I do. His knowledge is incredible! Also thank you to the lady on the counter who was also wonderful and friendly. Absolutely my go to place for my fishing gear now.

Amazing service. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the blokes' name but sold me a new rod, reel, gear, and a hat. He was very knowledgeable on the product and offered great pointers and encouraging advice, I've never fished up here, so that was very nice of him.Asked him where we can get some fish and chips and where the best place to go fishing was. He sent us right by the beach, which is one of his favourite fishing spots.Got there, had some decent tucker, cast out near where he told us to go (I have never beach fished), and the fish were on the bite instantly. Hooked a few, caught a couple, and got smoked by more. We had a great arvo fishing.Thanks heaps to this mob and especially to him, recommend visiting them. I'm sure I'll be back next time I visit Brisbane.

We recently went into Rothwell Qld store and needed help as we were looking at buying a fridge/FreezerCraig came to our assistance he was so knowledgeable helpful and nice.We were really uncertain on setup he helped with explaining connections not only to the car but with also getting solar.Thanks again Craig we new nothing you were so patient and explained everything

First time in this store since they had a re-fit, looks amazing for a retail store still going through Boxing Day sales. Items were easy to find, prices were good & loving the new range!
