I have been taking my car to DomJohn for years and always happy with the service they provide. Last week I needed my tyre changed as it was completely flat at the shops and within 10 minutes they came to my rescue to change it. Nothing is ever a hassle. Thank you again John and team

Biggest rip off mechanic in the northern suburbs!!!! Took my car there for a standard service and when I went to pay it almost cost me $1000!!! Dom fixes parts that don't need to be repaired/replaced and without your consent!!! Only to go there and realise a simple repair cost you an arm and leg!!!

Being going there for years l mean 25 years believe me no complaints very friendly always joking and making me feel like I am at home they are a good honest family... From the maltese falcon. Have a safe Christmas and a happy new year God bless...

Not Recommended at all. They charged me 1500$ for 7-8 Ks car, stayed 5 days in their shop, the issue has not been fixed. They telling its from different spot, to fix it same time and money.Terrible mechanic

Put my car there for a service and checkup was told to quote me first but didn’t went to pay it was 440 took it home still had the issue took it back they fixed the issue lasted a week till it happaned again took it back turned out to be my oil took it back home still wasn’t fixed brang it back again was told I need a new cooler which will be 900 went to a different mechanic was only charged 300 car runs great

I initially took my car into DomJohn for a service but also required a replacement fuel pump assembly. I was told they could not find a fuel pump assembly for my car anywhere in Australia so they had only replaced the fuel filter. I took the car and noticed no difference at all and the car was still having major issues accelerating. I contacted DomJohn to which their response was ‘Keep putting 98 fuel in your car miracles don’t happen overnight’ this was extremely disheartening considering I was expecting my car to be fixed. The issue was evidently not diagnosed and fixed properly so I went out of my way to purchase a fuel pump assembly to which I was then told this was the incorrect fuel pump for my car. After frantically running around to try and find the right fuel pump in an effort to fix my car I contacted Nissan 4x4 auto parts and was able to order the correct fuel pump. After taking it to DomJohn I was told it was 'too old' to use even though my car is an 01 model Nissan Pulsar.My uncle had spoken to them on my behalf and they'd agreed that they would be able to order a replacement fuel pump and install it with no extra cost only to be told I would have to pay an extra $400. There was no communication whatsoever with myself even after I'd called them on multiple occasions with updates on how my car was going. I am beyond frustrated and with the level of service and will not be taking my car here again.
