Beverley from Hippopotamus pawnbrokers got back to me so fast and gave me a great price. Went to collect and staff was friendly and helpful. Easy parking and a very well presented store A+

Bought a watch on-line through gumtree. The staff I spoke to were fantastic. Bent over backwards to help. The whole transaction was simple and painless. They express post for me with no hassles. I have notice when taking my items for a loan my item had been touched and unsrewed. There are alot of things that this shop is done. Sometime its unfair that we pay for our item with interest and things are change from good to bad. Some1 should investigate the matter which i will next time. My scooter electric has been unscrew and its not running properly. I regret it now and not taking my items there again. Everyone now should take a photo of your items and make sure its not been touched. This shop will change your item etc with new to the old parts is how they do their work a warning.
