Called looking for advice about my Pioneer system that still runs R22 and how I should tackle the aging system. Great, honest help instead of the usual 'you should buy something new' or no advice and the agent going ahead and changing the very expensive R22 refrigerant leaving you with a $2000+ bill. Definitely recommend using these guys, they're all about what's best for the customer and not squeezing the most money out of you.

Warranty claim not honoured by this company. Non responsive when asked for copy of their technicians report. Installer repaired the unit at own cost. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Highly recommend Pioneer to anyone looking to save money on their power bills. We recently used Pioneer to change out our old daikin that had countless issues to a Pioneer system that uses natural refrigerant and we couldn't be happier. I waited for my first power bill to roll in before leaving this review and it didn't disappoint. Savings were spot on to what we were told they would roughly be which was around 40% savings on power. Given that this refrigerant is natural and better for the planet than synthetics it's a win all round. Very professional company that cares about climate change and their customers. Thank you.
