recently went to a McDonald's in San Francisco on June 6, 2023 at 21:15 PST. I was very disappointed with the service I received.When I first walked in, the lobby was empty. There were only two employees working, one at the counter and one in the kitchen. I waited for about five minutes before the employee at the counter acknowledged me.When I finally placed my order, the employee seemed annoyed. She didn't make eye contact with me and she didn't smile. She also didn't ask me if I wanted anything else with my order.After I placed my order, I waited for about ten minutes for my food. When it finally came out, it was cold and soggy. I asked the employee if I could get a fresh order, but she refused. She said that the food was already made and there was nothing she could do.I was very disappointed with the service I received at this McDonald's. I will not be returning to this location again.Here are some specific examples of the poor service I received:The employee at the counter was rude and didn't seem interested in helping me.I had to wait a long time for my food, and when it finally came out, it was cold and soggy.The employee refused to give me a fresh order when I asked for one.I would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone. The service is poor and the food is not fresh.

Stopped here for dinner at midnight following a night shift at work. Staff were very helpful and sorted out my order issues.Also it is a 24 hour restaurant which is helpful as no other restaurants open in the area late at night.

I must commend you on your continuous ability to astonish me with the sheer creativity and unpredictability of my orders.Each visit to your establishment feels like a thrilling game of roulette. I never know if I'm going to receive the correct meal, something entirely different, or perhaps a delightful surprise" of missing items. It's truly an innovative way to keep your customers on their toes.Your staff must be highly trained in the art of subterfuge. They always manage to keep a straight face while handing over my order

Saturday 19/11/22 @7am I got my meal there one of the workers with blue shirt who was making the brekkie burger drop sauce on bench and she wiped the sauce with bun??Management to check the cameras and get proper people to work.Absolute disgusting

The staff here were very impolite and extremely rude. They think they own the shop and customers are rude. I was abt to ask a question and one lady told me that she’s speaking to someone and it’ll take a minute. I admit it was my bad but then afterwards she skipped me and attended another person. My friends went thru similar experiences.

Four stars for a Mecca's, it is open 24 hours the service is always quick. It is a small store but always seems to be on top on service, cleaning and efficiency. It has three ordering machines and a McCafe. The toilets are downstairs and are kept in reasonable condition.
