Dotti Woden

Very bad customer services. My partner shops from dotti but for last two times we didn’t had good experience. Last month we went to dotti woden and the lady over the counter was very rude , she was literally shouting on customers. Today we went to dotti in canberra city centre and the same lady was there. My partner wanted to return pair of jeans to which she replied very rudely that she will do the return this time but next time she won’t. Jeans had the tags intact and she didn’t even wear it once but still that lady had some issues. She did the return but she made it look like she did a favour on us. I don’t know her name. She is very bad at customer service and if you don’t like your job just quit it.

Exceptional customer service skills was shown by the young lady who served me today.The staff member was very helpful and tried her best to direct me to the correct outfit to fit my body type. Unfortunately nothing I like/ tried on really fitted my large bust.I'd definitely recommend Dotti. To any teen or young adult looking for something fun/casual to wear out. Clothing price isn't very expensive. The staff members I've interacted with today where helpful, upbeat and know the clothing range very well.Look forward to coming back again soon. Hopefully with more success this time.

Fantastic staff, super friendly and amazing service.

Zero customer service when I walked in and tried on a jacket. Neither of the 2 sale assistants acknowledged me in the store despite the lack of customers.

Ange helps me find stuff i wouldnt immediately grab, but end up feeling beautiful in. She makes shopping fun.

I knew I shouldn't have gone into here today. Always great prices and picked myself up a couple of outfits. Lovely assistant

This store needs more experienced customer service people

Had a young lady help me find the perfect pants for a function I was attending. Seemed she was the only one in store and still found time to assist us in between other customers.
