They do a pretty good job on eyebrows, but not very symmetrical though. I think that $30 is way to expensive for eye brow threading. You can do it at other places for $15.

Waited for a long time, just to get my eyebrows done. The lady said she had someone else on the appointment. She said if I wanted to wait and see if the customer will show up on not. I waited. The customer showed up late, half an hour later, but the lady would not do my eyebrows which would have merely taken 5 minutes. Then she said she couldn't do it

Usually when I get my eyebrows done here they’re perfect! But yesterday I got them done by a different lady. I was so so disappointed with the results...one eyebrow was high up and the other low down! They are just so uneven! It was even more upsetting as I’ve waited 5 months to grow them out completely and get them done fresh!

I went to see if I could get my brows threaded, sadly the girl who was there turned out to be unpleasant and not people friendly. It put me off. It was just her mannerisms and customer service that didn’t cut it for me. I’m sure all the other workers there are lovely but that was my experience. Don’t meant to be the negative one here. Sorry.

Great lash perm, horrible chairs!Had my eyelashes permed and it took 1 hour 15 minutes. Cannot complaint about the service but that chair is not designed for sitting this long. With the lack of lumber support, My back had to be arched so My upper back and lower back is in pain. But the worst is the lack of head rest, the hard edged chair cutes off at the height of the neck, so your head had to be dangled in the air for 75 minutes. 2 hours after the perm, still has a headache and neck pain.Sorry about the long review but I did have 75 minutes to think about what to write!

I am so happy with my brow shape from threading by The talented Preet at winkbar garden city! I highly recommend Preet- She is incredible. See the before and after photos.I decided to go thin for the 90s vibe and haven’t had my eyebrows done in years and years and she nailed it and still kept it natural and thick looking. She gives a great soothing gel massage after and even went to touch up after she noticed some more hairs- she is a perfectionist and I trust her with my brows and I don’t trust anyone with them. Thanks Preet! So happy with my 2nd time getting my brows threaded by you today and my forehead shaping too- you’re amazing! Highly recommend.

Yesterday I had a lash lift done here and my lashes are bent and curled very weirdly, nothing like what you would come up if you research a lash lift to look like. I got an opinion on what to do from another lash company and they said they have been way over processed. I cant even call any of the wink bars because their phones havnt been working for months and when I told one of the staff a few months ago to let them know she just giggled and said yeah. I usually only ask to see one particular staff member Raman to do my eyebrows and she is very lovely, but my lash lift yesterday was done by a different lady who acted like it was huge effort to serve me and seemed quite impatient. Was very off putting and awkward. Not the first time I’ve been disappointed with the service, and now my eyelashes look funny for my holiday :(

There are two ladies that work here who do an absolutely impeccable job at threading and shaping eyebrows. Whenever I go to these ladies, my eyebrows turn out so perfect and precise. If you are fussy about your eyebrows (like me), I would recommend. Have tried cheaper places but they just don't provide the same quality and precision as Winkbar.

Terrible service by two ladies today. Walked up to shop desk and the two ladies on duty were having a chat. When I approached the desk there was no greeting and it was like I had interrupted them and they were not interested in customers at all. I asked them if I could get waxing done. One nodded and pointed to the chair. They continued their conversation with no urgency at all in helping me with the waxing service I was after. They looked to both be waiting on a customer who was getting treatment but did not need immediate attention because the two service attendants just walked about the shop opening drawers together and talking to each other for at least 10 minutes before I decided to stand up and leave. So unprofessional and I do hope they change their attitude toward customers and their service.

Don’t get any threading done on Sundays!
