I have been a customer of Pamchar, because of Paul, for many many years with all of my cars and motorhomes.I know that when I drive out of the workshop after having work done by Paul, I can be fully confident that the work has been done to the highest degree of care and professionalism. Paul is not the cheapest mechanic in town but then again you get what you pay for. If you want quality, and security that the work has been done properly, then you need to be able to trust the person who is doing the work. I highly recommend the team at Pamchar to anyone who cares about their vehicles, safety and proper maintenance.Norm.

I have had a significant overheating problem with my 65 Mustang. Paul expertly investigated and diagnosed the issues and prepared a comprehensive report (including video )and spare parts list before getting my approval. The radiator fitted was not up to the task and there was no overflow reservoir..I also asked that a larger fan and suitable custom shroud be fitted.He worked on the vehicle sourcing difficult to get parts and installed them so that under the bonnet looked like it had come from the factory. He again showed video of the various heat test he had undertaken in various conditions after the repairs.The car now does not overheat..runs at constant 74deg ..just under quarter, solving a problem I had for over 6 months and which other service centres had mismanaged . I am very happy with the work done..the outcome of the fix..and the professional dilligent manner in which the work was undertaken and Paul's interaction.

I have been to Pamchar several times now and the reason I keep returning is because of the exceptional and personable service I receive each time. Paul has installed a sway bar and end links to my Stinger, has performed a logbook service, and helped me out with several small fixes. It is rare to find a business that has old school values and service and now that I have found this I will not take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend this business.

I was in Sydney to pickup a 1969 Mach1 Mustang that I had purchased and enquired on who would be able to service the car that had Mustang experience and Rob from Sydney Mustang Parts put me onto Paul who not only serviced the car, also fitted a Dakota Digital Dash and also checked the car out front to back. We then set off for home - road trip - which took about a week but then we were not in a hurry had a bit of a look around on the way home. Home being Kalgoorlie WA. The car did not miss a beat went strong all the way and is still going strong. So if your looking for a person that takes pride in his work and what goes out of his workshop then i highly recommend Paul you cannot go wrong.

I got my brakes done by this company, they went above and beyond. Communication was excellent and they did a fantastic job. Paul even fixed my fan belt and the car was as good as new. Good pricing and great service. My mum now gets her car regularly serviced now by them as she’s had some bad experiences in the past from other companies and she couldn’t be happier. They are very reliable and honest!

Ian Harvey,I have been using Paul for over a decade now in not only the servicing of my business vehicles, but also my private vehicles during that time, 3 x Subaru's and my treasured 1983 Jaguar XJ series 3 4.2 with a 5 speed gearbox.I have found Paul to be courteous, businesslike & a clean and tidy operator which is reflected in his workshop.Paul's above qualities were sorely put to the test this year when the rare gearbox in my Jag seized in 4th gear, fortunately whilst Paul took it on a test run to check the aftermarket air conditioning compressor he had just fitted.After a month of searching the internet together to find replacement parts for the gearbox, we gave up & I was faced with the decision of finding an aftermarket conversion, a Supra box, which I did with the conversion carried out by a supposed Jag guru in Melbourne.That was back in April, I have only had it back in the last month finally sorted and driving beautifully.The quality of his workmanship in fitting my new stainless steel exhaust system to the Jag was a work of art.I have every confidence in Paul and his offsider Martin, to deliver a professional job on your vehicle regardless. All problems are thoroughly explained, solutions and cost estimates provided.

Had my 2004 rx330 lexus break down on me and i didn't know a single mechanic in the area i was referred to Paul and Pamchar by people i trusted and was very happy with the results. Paul made sure i knew what was going on at every step and informed me of all costs. The work was done in a quick and timely manner wither great communication all the way through. i will be returning as a customer should the need arise.

My experience with this particular workshop has extended over many years (decades in fact) with both private and company vehicles. the work that I have had done includes custom exhausts, engine modifications and regular servicing, I have nothing but praise for the standard of work carried out and also for the professional and friendly staff and management.I will continue to use this business and highly recommend it to any discerning vehicle owner, young or old.Keep up the good work Paul.
