Charged 15 dollar more for the cream than its written on the price tag on the shelf. Charged $42. When asked, stated it's wrong price tag. But got the same cream in other chemist in $27.

Very short wait times to get my scripts filled, and they price match what I pay at Chemist Warehouse. A really good local chemist.

Nathan the Pharmacist has something to say to me every time I walk into the store. I am being told off for things that have not happened yet and humiliated in front of other customers. All the other staff there are fantastic, since Nathan has increased his presence within the store I have felt less and less comfortable going there to get my medications.

Asked for syringes with a needle for research purposes, and one of the staff members acted so oddly towards me. After much stuffing around and playing dumb, they gave me a box of lancets for diabetics which is explicitly not what I asked for. The staff seem incredibly judgemental which is not their place - they should be about providing quality customer service and not making assumptions about their customers.

Went to this Pharmacy today to get a script filled for my husband. It was busy but there were only two people working one in the dispensary and one on the checkout. I was told that there would be a 30 minute wait for the script but because I had other shopping to do I wasn't worried about this. As it turned out it was 40 minutes before I went back to pick up the script only to be told that it was still in the queue and had not been dispensed. I waited for about another 20 minutes only to be told that they didn't have the medication that I was after in stock. This is totally unacceptable. I don't know why the girl who took my script in the first place couldn't have checked to see if the medication was in stock. Also why only a skeleton staff on a busy Saturday morning. I have been to this pharmacy during the week and there always seems to be plenty of staff. This pharmacy also does not accept Veterans Affairs cards either which is very disappointing given the cost of medications for cancer treatment. I will not be using this pharmacy again for prescriptions.

Staff here are absolutely lovely and pharmacists are always helpful... however... there's been 3 occasions where my scripts they said they'd keep on file have been lost. I've had to ring the doctor and get them to resend it each time. I guess go there but DO NOT let them keep your scripts on file or they'll disappear.

Great staff. All very friendly including pharmacists.. Very helpful and always happy to help when advice is needed. Been an ongoing customer here for over a year.

not the best place unfortunately. As also mentioned by another reviewer on here, one staff member Annie is very rude and judgmental to customers which is highly unprofessional. I observed her being this way with other customers also! Hopefully you get some more friendlier, experienced and mature staff in store which is important in a pharmacy especially.

I am trapped in quarantine out of area, in moruya, with a small baby unexpectedly and am due to run out of my vital medication so I called this pharmacy to see I'd they'd send my scripts to the pharmacy here so I could get it.Instead of saying no" which would have been fair enough
