Called in a panic.Taken advantage instead of resolving the problem.(Needed a new power plug that had water in it.$180 up front.They sent a PLUMBER.He made a phone call and quote me over $750 to replace a complete electrical board because 1only kept switching off.(Because of moisture in the power plug near the sink in the kitchen. )BEWARE before calling these opportunistic company.

This is the second time I have used Hotline Electrics. The first time was a few years ago when they installed two air-conditioners for me upstairs and down. The were professional, reliable, punctual, very knowledgeable and well priced. I was extremely happy with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them. Today for the first time since my air conditioner installations I needed some fairly urgent electrical work done and I rang Hotline Electrics. Phil the Director listened to my issues over the phone and briefed one of his staff Dayle who attended today. Dayle was not only punctual, friendly and polite but was very good at his work and very efficient. I am very happy with Hotline Electrics so I have booked them for another further non urgent job which they will attend to in the very near future.
