ProfessioNAIL Nail Salon

If i could give less than 1 star I would, I got SNS there as the salon I usually go to was booked out before christmas, They used old Emery boards claiming new ones were too harsh for natural nails. When she was done my nails were all uneven and actaually looked like I had thick false nails. My daughter got tips with SNS and in Less than a week and they started to pop off. Cost me $100 for us both to have ugly nails. Never again would I let them touch my nails, they are a disgrace to the nail industry.

I love the staff here at the moment. They all get along and they are all so friendly. They love picking designs with you and creating amazing nails.

the ladies here are very professional and friendly. When I go to see my grandchildren I always pop in here to get my nails done, it is worth the one and a half hr drive. My granddaughters love it when I take them to get their nails done as a treat for them. Thankyou Thi and your staff for always making me feel welcome

Went here because my normal nail salon was full, it was a little bit pricey. The lady started to do my nails and slipped and jammed one of the metal instruments under my nail cutting me quite a bit to the point where it bled for a good 15-20 minutes.I understand that accidents happen and didn’t get too worried. The lady continued to finish my nails. At the end when I went up to the counter there wasn’t an apology, I wasn’t offered a discount until I kicked up a bit of a fuss. Even after this they gave me $4 off.This would not have been a problem if there was some form of rectification, but it was just ignored.In short. Don’t waste your time

Went to have nails done two days before Christmas. 5 if the nails with sns came off within 2 days. They were obviously in a rush and did not do a great job. When I went back on the Wednesday they fixed up my nails but were rude and did not even say goodbye. Another nail has chipped tonight, the same day. Please don’t waste your time going here

Do not go here!! Place is filthy and very unhygienic. I had a pedicure and she was going to use a blade that was already on there to scrape my feet. I had to ask for a new blade to be used. The colour I chose was not available so after choosing another colour it was empty and she was scraping the bottle to get enough polished out. I suggested she needed a new bottle but was ignored. No one seemed to speak any English and was very hard to explain anything to them. The icing on the cake was they charged me $50. Just a joke...stay away.

I've been here twice now and some of these ladies are lovely, the first time was so gentle, so well done and I was so happy. The second time however, this particular lady I had was careless, did a bad job and didn't even do half the steps. If you go in and get this lady stand up for yourself and get it redone by better staff.

Got a full set of acrylics with shellac and I'm happy with them! Staff were nice and spoke to you. Didn't see any of them have their phone on them which I always find to be a massive issue and they didn't talk to each other and ignore you. Highly recommend!
