We had the best service with Nissan Kerry. Prakash gave us best customer service. Always updated us about the vehicle. And James is so helpful as well.

My partner and I purchased a brand new Nissan Patrol from the sales and finance team at Kerry Nissan and were treated tremendously well from the moment we walked in. The team went above and beyond by getting my car here earlier than expected and even surprised me with my partner. They handled all our questions with expert knowledge and understood my wants and needs for the car. Highly Recommend!

Super difficult to deal with.

The worst customer service. I handed my car in 2 days early for its service and 2 days after the service date they told me it was a missed appointment. When I asked them if they had my car or could locate my keys they said they were too busy to be able to check right now and that I would have to wait until a service manager could call me back. I have called 3 times and waited on hold for >10 minutes each time over the past 2 days. I still know nothing about my car and have received no empathy from staff or alternative arrangement. I live rurally and rely on my car daily. Ridiculous.

Do not buy a car here, there service after the sale is atrocious. They scratched my paintwork on my brand new Nissan while fitting extras. Then I couldn't book a service without waiting 45 min on hold. Forget it Kerry's sux hard

I put my Navara in 3-weeks ago for various things. I supplied parts for what needed to be fitted, that was cool.What I’m appalled with is their communication. I’ve been trying to contact a rep to see if they received the parts I supplied a week ago now. When I ring in they say “she’s with a customer right now we’ll get her to call you back”.A call back from Nissan Kerry takes a couple days before I hear from them. Otherwise I don’t hear from them at all.It’s quite frustrating. I won’t be using or recommending Kerry Nissan for future use.

Just wow @ the exceptional service I received from Kerry's Nissan when I bought my new XTrail this week! The service was exceptional and the dealership is to be commended for fast and efficient customer service. Ask for Prakash in sales: he is exceptionally helpful, he kept me updated throughout the purchase process and spent a heap of time answering all of my questions. Lou was great in after care and arranged paint & interior protection and window tinting & Mark was a whiz with the finance, offering a range of choices and ensuring that he creates Dreams in Driveways". And my new X-Trail - it's awesome! Thanks guys
