Jay was amazing. Found his number on google after a car accident and he turned up so fast and was so nice, understanding and helpful when we were so stressed! Towed the car and also gave us advice on what to do next as it was sister in laws first accident and we were a bit unsure on next steps. Very professional and great bloke in general. Would highly recommend. Thank you guys for your help!

My car broke down on the M1 heading north with 2 kids and need to get a tow. Coastal auto recovery was my first call. Jay was absolutely brilliant, friendly, helpful and on time if not earlier than the time frame he gave me and I can't recommend coastal auto recovery enough. Just a outstanding service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were genuinely happy to help, with enough notice was able to fit my tows in and was early due to scheduling, handled my car with care, very cost effective, great guy. Will use their towing services repetitionsly.

On a long weekend, Jay was extremely busy and travelled over two hours to help me out of a very tricky situation. He was even half an hour earlier than expected. His services were professional and cheap! He is incredibly kind and helpful. Can't recommend using his company enough.

Jay made my day yesterday, i was broken down on the Main Street of terrigal, almost at breaking point but jays friendliness made me feel better. Stopped to help and was extremely professional and kind. Highly recommend this man and company. If I ever have troubles with my car , wouldn’t hesitate to call him. Made a bad day a good day. All around good person.

Absolutely the best service. Was punctual with advised time. Called on a Sunday afternoon. Picked the car up Monday at 8am and dropped off at mechanics by 8.15am. This has saved so much angst as I need my car for work. Jay great service has enabled to have the car checked and back on the road with out too much stress.Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a quality service from this great person.
