Absolute joke of a company. No professionalism, no commitment plans, no communication between the builder and the customer, do not waste your time and money on this company.

I have built one house at Bardia with Australbuilt and it took 6 months. With the design and build process it took me total 7 months and Austral Built looked after everything. I was so impressed with the build and design that I built my own family home to live in with Austral built at Denham court as well. I made so many high end designer customisations at my family home and they really gave me a flexible, professional experience and made my dream possible. The AB team are all highly qualified and knowledgeable in this industry and I highly recommend them. After comparing many quotations with different builders for my family home I can also tell you that their price is highly competitive for the product you are getting.

This builder is a joke. They took my 10% deposit and vanished, called several times, emails but no response for months now.

Worse experience ever, DO NOT GO with AUSTRALBUILT, they can give panadol a headache. We started construction on 2nd May 2017, and believe me I am still waiting for the house to be completed and its almost 2 years. The workmanship is appalling as every time we experience heavy rain the roof will leak and it will leave traces of water everywhere. To them it is a only small thing and yet it has been almost 8 months and they won't come fix the problem. All I can say is stick to the main builders and stay away from AUSTRALBUILT.

They are a great custom builder with above average customer service. They made the design just like we wanted within our budget with high quality inclusions and materials. Even though the project was delivered a little bit late it was truly a remarkable end product. I highly recommend people who are planning to design and build to just give them a call. They are a true Custom builder.

Run by professional Architects and Engineers, Australbuilt is the builder to go to build your dream home. Their professional approach on design made the approval process smoother. We are now enjoying their standard inclusions which are equivalent to the premium inclusions of some major builders. As a Civil Engineer, I can confirm their structural materials are one of the best. It took them 9 months to build our 33 square double story house which is reasonable for a custom build. If you are looking for a value for money build then please do not think twice to go with them.
