We used The Bathroom Group to replace an ensuite and our experience was excellent from the start to finish. Steve is responsive (ie he either answers his phone or returns your call promptly), reliable (ie if he says he'll be there at 7.30am, he'll be there on the dot of 7.30am) and he runs a tight operation with his trades. His team were friendly but not obtrusive in our home and cleaned up after themselves each day. I would recommend Steve highly and be very happy to work with him again. He fixed issues quickly throughout the process and made it easy to renovate. His price was reasonable too - I had sourced three quotes for this job. Thanks Steve!

Steve & his lovely crew renovated our Kitchen, Laundry, Bathroom & ensuite. They also painted the interiors of the whole house & also redid the wardrobes in all the rooms. Work commenced on 15th August 2021 & completed on 24th September 2021 as promised. What makes this project commendable is that Steve completed the job with all restrictions due to lockdown. Steve was easy to deal with, professional & communicated well until the end. He was quick to come up with solutions such as a water damage in the laundry floor & other defects for a nominal cost. He was happy to carry out other adhoc tasks such as replacing the skylight, door handles and other small but important things as requested along the way. We are very happy with the way the Reno has turned out and would like to thank Steve, Luch, the lady, plumber Chris(who also replaced our old gas hot water system with a new one), the sparky and others that I might have missed. Great people great team. Highly recommend.

Renovating the master bathroom and laundry in our house has been #1 on the to-do list for a while. Post some online research my wife and I came across Steve from The Bathroom Group along with several others who I contacted for this job. Steve was the only one who was prompt and quick in his response and organised a visit at the next available date. We straightaway liked what Steve had to offer and his design/layout ideas were consistent with what we had in mind. From going over the project/receiving quotation, signing the contract and taking us material shopping to completing the works, Steve, with his calm and friendly attitude ensured that the entire process was executed in a timely and seamless fashion. He even helped fix few other things around the house for no extra charge. Steve has been consistently patient and extremely professional throughout our engagement and the same goes for his team- Luch, Viv, Paul, Rob and the others, simply amazing at their job and great people to deal with! Just as Steve promised, little under 4 weeks and we now have a sensational plush new bathroom and laundry ready for use. We can’t thank Steve and his talented crew enough for going above and beyond!
