Jenny displayed an outstanding customer service, very patient. answered all my stupid questions whilst being very very patient. She's an asset to the store.

Outstanding service! The moment I walked into the store i felt special. I was greeted even through the staff member was busy serving other customers. She was very knowledgeable and happy to assist. She made shopping a pleasure! The major big department stores in Westfields can learn a thing or two from this wonderful lady when it comes to customer service. Im just sorry i forgotten her name. I will certainly be back to shop in the near future.

L'occitane always has nice and friendly shop staff. However, Today I went to Parramatta store, I walked in forgetting scan QR code, there is a shop staff, yalling at me and my friends at the front door, to scan before entering the store.when along her some questions about product, she is having an attitude when speaking with us. So rude and no manner.Can't believe L'occitane having this kind of staff.

I had recently been given a gift pack and I wanted to see what sort of prices I'd be up for when the lovely products ran out and I wanted to replace them. Casey, who works at the Parramatta store, could not be more helpful. Not only were all the products delightful that she showed me, Casey explained them all fully, showed me samples of the products and some I had not been aware of. She also understood my skincare regime and suggested appropriate products. The service was exemplary, I couldn't have been happier with my experience at this store. It's already known that the products from L'Occitane are fantastic. Well the service is too. Fabulous!

The old lady works here is very rude!Has NO respect to customers.
