Satori Women's Health Club
Satori is wonderful and supportive gym! It is open 24/7 which allows me to sneak in a 5am session before work. Everyone there is keen to help you reach your goals, from my constructive personal trainer Megan to my informative dietician Anastasia, and you feel part of a community of like-minded women. They have various classes at different times to suit my needs - my favourite being kickboxing with Meg on Tuesday nights!

After spending many years trying to stay motivated at a large gym chain, I have found my happy place at Satori Women’s Health Club. Great classes, instructors, gym space and equipment - and the attention to detail you just don’t get in the larger gyms. 10/10!

Friendly, supportive women's only gym in Unley (near Adelaide). Personal training available to help you stay on track and run by people who actually care if you reach your goals.Satori also offers exercise classes, body balance, body pump, pilates etc, a creche and is open 24 hours.Highly recommended for anyone who is tired of big impersonal intimidating gyms who will happily take 12 months membership fees but not contact you if you have not attended in a while.

The best gym for women!I am living nearby. This female gym makes me feel sooo comfortable to wear whatever I want.The staff are all professionals. Their introduction session will assess your fitness and generate a program for you and will set a goal for you.And most importantly! They will monitor and review your progress and really support you to achieve the results you want!I rebuilt my muscles within 5 weeks I joined it and currently working on the new program.

I have loved every moment at Satori fitness club! I especially love the boxing class every Tuesday night with Meg. Satori gave me the confidence to begin my fitness journey with classes for all fitness levels and 24/7 support from staff.I highly recommend Satori fitness club to anybody wanting to join a gym.

I always thought I hated gyms but I love Satori! All the staff are amazing, lovely people but so good at what they do. Love the relaxed but positive vibe that fills the gym. Classes are brilliant and they always try to cater for everyone. I no longer dread a workout, instead I look forward to it. There is no judgement but encouragement and enthusiasm from everyone. Love love love it!
