We required BAL-FZ shutters for our new development, determined by our Bushfire Consultant.Since our design phase we were extremely happy with the level of service provided to incorporate the shutters, while also providing different solutions that saved me a lot of money in the process.We could not recommend Saiyd and his team highly enough. He had an honest approach which made the decision very easy.

During the DA application for a renovation, our property was rated BAL – FZ. We required 6 BAL-FZ units for windows as part of our renovation and initially I had no idea who to reach out to, gladly we discovered Bushfire Control. Very happy with the entire end to end process from consultation, site visits all the way through to installation. I found all the staff highly professional to deal with and they worked very well with our builder. Installation was carried out exactly as planned and we are very happy with the end product.

Unfortunately for us, a dreadful experience. Severe delays on parts and labour, non existent communication and won’t get back to you with accurate timelines. I couldn’t comment on the quality of their product because ours have yet to materialise after more than 6 months. Really disappointed.

Very happy with our FZ shutters. The wide range of colour options and the small box size made it super easy to decide. It was concealed perfectly within our house. Certification was also super simple. Highly recommended!

We installed their FZ shutters to our home during our recent renovations, two of which are 8 metres in length.Saiyd and the team worked closely with our builder as to how the shutters can be installed and picked up some issues that would have been problematic.Highly recommend!!
