M & S Smash Repairs

Cant praise M&S enough. Friendly staff and the quality of their work and repairs is outstanding, i never have any concerns with them as i know they will fix it perfectly first time as they have every time. They really are the best.

I had just had my car repaired after an accident and can’t wait to write my review on the great service of M & S Smash Repairs. Staff there were very friendly and helpful. The repair work took 2 weeks’ time which was shorter than my expectation. I was very happy with the high quality of work on the repair of my car. Thank you Michael and your team members, my car had been lucky to be in your hand. I definitely will recommend M & S Smash Repairs to my friends.

We had a dent in our new Tesla due to a rolling shopping trolley. Michael from M&S was very professional and a true gentleman. He organised the repairs overnight while trying to keep the panel as original without the need for painting. Michael and his team’s workmanship finish is second to none.

I went in about a year ago to have a water leak issue fixed on the front left passenger side of my mazda 6. They said the mechanism for the window is the issue and it would cost $720 to have it all fixed, as it wasn't going all the way up, resulting in the water leak.Long story short the issue wasn't fixed and they then proceeded to say it may be the seal and would cost me x amount extra. Keep in mind I already water pressure tested that side and they were aware I couldn't get any water to appear in the car prior to bringing it in to them. To add to the frustration, the window wasn't even lined up properly and they never offered to line it up saying that it was sealing fine after they replaced the mechanism.Two months later I figured it was the result of a clogged sunroof drain.A year later I am writing this review as I finally got around to re-aligning the window, the regulator mechanism they replaced had a cost price of between $75 - $125, so it seems as though the labor charge is $600? This isn't even half a days worth of work, they also made it out like this part was hard to get and that's why the cost was so high, which is not true at all.

Karen front line staffer is rude, arrogant, snubs up her nose if you dare drive what she may only in her dreams wish she owned. When a direct request to ensure that my car was properly and well assessed and repaired. Her reply “ooohhhweee” in such a sarcastic manner.Wouldn’t use this repairer again if they have such an attitude to the cars they are given great responsibility for. Notwithstanding, Michael the owner being a gentleman, having a real “Karen” at the front desk is to his undoing. Not a good image to have representing your company

M&S were a pleasure to deal with. Michael was awesome and the communication excellent. Great work on a wheel strike repair and paint. I would definitely use them again.

Had a car incident end of april, got it towed to M and S Smash repairs, attended on Saturday to fill out paperwork etcthey advised 3-4 weeks, for the parts to arrive.unfortuntely this took more than 4 weeks, but worth it.the front side of the car was repaired, it looked just brand new again.thank you Michael for all your hard work and for Karen for putting up me, the reason why i kept calling - is because i was trying to figure out whether to return the hired car.did a great job.

Wonderful service! I was caught in the situation where my cars rego was due whilst being repaired. So my car once repaired was unregistered and I do not live anywhere near S & M Smash repairs. I also have hire car to return same day also in another location. I had no idea what I was going to do.S & M Smash tried to arrange pink slip firstly but when that could not be done, arranged for my car to be towed to my home so I can take it straight to my mechanic!! Outstanding result.I would like to say that since the accident Karen has been so friendly, professional and easy to talk with. Micheal has gone to extraordinary effort also to help with unregistered car. Between the assessor, insurance co. and repairer they have been the most helpful, easy to talk to and sincere. Amazing group. Thank you Karen and Michael.
