A 5-star is too low of a rating for how amazing Iconic Films are. George, Justin, Sandy and the rest of the team are nothing short of amazing - on both a professional and a personal level. They always capture the true essence of the couple and work their magic even behind the scenes.

We absolutely loved having the team from Iconic at our wedding and capturing the special day for us. It was so smooth and the direction they provided was amazing. We loved the same day edit that was shown at the reception and got a lot of compliments on the work. We would recommend Iconic Films to anybody wanting the best of the best! We booked iconic films for our Wedding that was meant to happen in 2020, until the pandemic hit and we went through a constant battle with the company to get our date changed. This was something that was completely out of our control and they wanted to charge us $1,000 to move the date. After changing their mind multiple times about weather they were going to charge us or not they finally decided to wave the $1,000 fee. However, our wedding got postponed again by our venue for the second time. The owner had said when we got our new date they would just transfer everything across, when I gave him the new date of 2021 they said sorry we are booked and unavailable on that day. The owner said that they would not refund us the $2,000 deposit we had already pre-paid either.Not only are we now without a videographer but also $2,000 out of pocket and left stressed.It is such a shame to have experienced this, especially through such a difficult time. The lack of empathy and compassion around the matter was extremely disappointing. Not a great experience and wouldn’t consider booking them for any events in the future.

Thank you to the team at iconic films for being one of the highlights of my wedding day! From the first meeting with George to the actual day of, my family fell in love with the professional and calm approach to planning for the big day. Absolutely nothing was a problem for this team and I can’t fault their service. If you are looking for a wedding videographer no one compares to this service and quality of product ! The same day edit made my family all the way in Lebanon cry and meant the world to us to show my grandma the next day.George, Carlos and Rodrigo what a dream team!!
