Kogarah Remedial Thai Massage

I visited a couple weeks ago and did provide the business feedback via email but received no response.The service and massage I received was below average to say the least. The therapist seemed to lack technique as she seemed to massage my spine/actual bone rather than the pressure points. Even at times I felt the pressure was so weak but didn't want to ask them to apply more pressure as she didn't know what she was doing. I also asked for a full body massage but she seemed to spend a large portion of that time massaging my hands and neck.Post massage they offer a drink of water or tea but I wanted to leave considering the disappointment. They then asked me to fill a new patient form, after my massage, asking about chronic pain, areas of focus etc

Each room is spacious and very clean. Staff is highly professional and friendly esp. Yani (manager). I love how I can book online immediately with no fuss.

It was my first visit here. I booked in for a 45min remedial massage.I was really disappointed with the massage. The therapist used way too much oil probably to compensate for a lack of technique. Overall structure for the time frame was lacking. Focus was too general mainly just up and down the centre of my back. Therapist failed to really work into specific trigger areas.The pressure was non existent. I felt like she was struggling even to do a basic neck massage. None of the knots or muscle tension was released. At best this could have passed for a relaxation massage, but that’s not what I booked for.It’s all good and well that she seemed like a lovely person, but I actually wanted a remedial massage.

Best massage I have ever had in a while. The location is walking distance from Kogarah Railway Station, if you can't find parking spot, you may choose to go the parking of Kogarah Central, the entrance is next to Australia Post, easy to find.The facilities are clean and well done. Easy to book an appointment to their website and pay it there.Using health fund private insurance is accepted here.Staffs are friendly and professional. Tammy or Amy listened to what spot on my back that needed more attention. I feel a lot better now. I would definitely go back again.

Its was my second time here and my Therapist is Nana. She is good! definitely will come back every month for Remedial massage for her to do it.I’d suffering for Vertigo and i think my tight/painful neck contributed to my dizziness too. I’d been to Physiotherapist 3x and they focused only my neck and shoulder and not even 30mins and expensive, compared here, 30 mins was worth it. The clinic is clean, staff are nice.Will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I have been coming here for a while since the remodel its even more stunning! Super clean new designs and excellent massage i actually think i love my masseuse she did a wonderful job. Strongly recommend!
