Terrianne pierced my daughters ears and was amazing. She was so lovely and made us all feel comfortable. My daughters ears were perfectly fine after. They weren’t red or anything. Highly recommended.

I love visiting Essential Beauty because the girls are all very sweet and accommodating, and it’s always easy to get an appointment.I was pierced by Terrianne who is lovely, skilled and helpful. She was excellent in correcting the asymmetrical ear piercings that I received the first time. She reassured me and even pierced it again for a discounted price. Terrianne was also well-informed and quickly noticed what needed to be fixed. It’s clear that they prioritize client satisfaction most.I will certainly be returning. Cannot recommend this salon highly enough. They are always super professional, move you through so efficiently without ever making you feel rushed. Since I changed to this salon, I’ve received many compliments re my brows and lashes. I will never get my services from anywhere else now. I see Terri-Anne and do not know how she effortlessly seems to balance so much. Last month at my appointment there was such a rude lady trying to bully one of the girls into doing something she was clearly advised they cannot do by law. Terri-Anne stepped in to take the abuse to protect her staff member without backing down, yet somehow remaining impeccably polite throughout the whole exchange. I’m not one for confrontation but don’t think I would have been able to hold my cool with this lady.Great job team, your salon always has a pleasant easy going feel, no matter how busy you are. I have no hesitation in recommending this salon.

This is my absolute favourite place to go for beauty services and piercing. Terri-Anne is such a skilled and down to earth beauty clinician who really cares about quality of service and customer satisfaction. She does my Henna Brows beautifully and the result lasts longer than other salons I've been to. She made me feel confident and trusting in her nose piercing skill and was quick which made the experience much better than expected. I look forward to getting my beauty care here wherever I am in town. 5 stars for quality of service and customer experience.

My daughter had her ears pierced somewhere else previously and they had closed over. Instead of charging for a re piercing Terrianne was able to pop through the skin with a set of earrings. She was absolutely fantastic with my daughter who was nervous and only charged for the set of earrings! Will definitely be going back to Terrianne at Essential Beauty again! Thanks very much!

I took both my daughters to get their ears pierced. The service we received from Terrianne was exceptional. She was fast so the kids didn't have time to stress out and made the experience fun.

Have been coming for a few years now. All the team are amazing. Awesome customer service every time. Lilly has been doing tinting for me last few visits and she is phenomenal. I've been getting brow tint (on white brows) for 30 years and she is the BEST. Thanks everyone.
