I am so deeply disappointed with the service we received from these guys. We paid $545 to get our small 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit cleaned for the end of lease inspection. On the day of the cleaning they rang and required an extra $150 for extra cleaning they had to do. When we decided to go with this company, they mentioned there were NO outstanding or surprise fees but little did we know that they were going to charge an extra $150 for work they didn't even do. According to them the walls needed to be washed, there was a mould spot in the shower and a sticky residue in some of the cupboards that needed chemicals to be cleaned. that sticky residue came up on the photos from the real estate agent requiring it be re-cleaned (this happened twice). We paid the extra money hoping that this will get the house cleaned and then we can get our bond money back. That same day I went to the house to see if the house was cleaned and to my surprise it was NOT clean. The cleaners swept all the rubbish directly out the front door just past the welcome mat, the oven was left on, the walls that were supposedly washed were STILL dirty, the floor at the laundry still had stains not to mention the window tracks, windows, stove top, bugs in the light fittings - everything that a bond clean expert should know how to clean was NOT clean (even our 3 monthly cleaning inspections were cleaning than this). The cleaners came back the next day to clean the areas. We had the inspection and FAILED. The cleaners came back to clean the outstanding areas. This time they left the back door and security screen door WIDE open. The agent came back for another inspection and it FAILED again. My partner and I had to take time off work to go BABYSIT the cleaners to make sure they did the job properly. After arguing about why the place is not clean and demanding a refund but refusing they finally decided to clean again. After they were done, my partner and I inspected and there were still areas that we not cleaned. They had to come back 3 times before it FINALLY passed inspection. We are so extremely disappointed and angry with this service. We got cleaners in to avoid being stressed and now this has caused us even MORE stress. I do NOT recommend these cleaners to anyone. It cost us almost $700 plus the lost wages that both my partner and I had to forfeit while we babysat them. We have not been offered a discount or any compensation for this poor service given the house only passed after we had to supervise the cleaners and do additional window cleaning once they left.

I had a horrible and disappointing experience with them , we set up a price for a bond cleaning ,when they came to the apartment the want more money to do extra cleaning in walls and bathroom tiles , when we came and see the house , kitchen covers where filthy , tiles not clean properly , walls with new stains is in , dust every well , we where charge $560 for a one bedroom apartment. When we try to call the company we where hang up 2 times by them calling g from different phones , we went to the address it appeared In google to speak with some one about it to fix our problem , THERE IS NO BOND EXPERT CLINING AT THAT ADDRES !!! , we ask and that address has been a really office for over 10 years .A total scam , they ripped us of , please do tot hire this company
