I love the care taken by Sherrilyn Walters when i started my lessons. Sherrilyn was always attentive to every detail and made such a difference to my learning a new skill. I highly recommend them.

I always learn something in all the class. The more I learn, there is even more. Shi Fu always has something up in his sleeve. Shi Jie is always there to support my learning. The school is close knitted and friendly. There are still so many forms yet to be learned. I know I have to be patient and make sure I get the forms done right.

Excellent traditional Chinese Martial Arts school. Concessions available for students and they have a variety of classes (yoga, kung fu, weapons defense etc)

The Chinese Martial Arts and Health Centre offers a powerful and effective approach to self defence. I have been practising with Si Fu Lester and Si Jeh Sherrilyn now for just under two years - I believe you would be hard pressed find anyone else in Australia with the experience and knowledge they posses regarding combat. I encourage anybody looking for an effective and strong approach towards self defence to try or join the powerful system they offer.
