Hunter Valley Luxury Accommodation at Nightingale Wines

1 star for cleanliness1 star for the location1 star for including all necessities-1 star for not making hot water instructions obvious-1 noisy fridge and dusty blindsOverall good experience but definitely not luxury.The accommodation was very clean and without any smells upon arrivalMinimal furniture, aircon, fridge (does make noise at night). Later discovered there is dust on the blinds, bedside lights and paintings.Surrounded by beautiful vineyards and despite other guests it was quiet and peacefulBoth the shower and bath/jacuzzi were a let down and technically 'out of order'. Tried to fill the bath but no clear instructions about the hot water switch. So didn't get to use it. The shower has poor water pressure. It's a shame as the spa/jacuzzi is one of their selling points.I would give a solid 3.5 stars but it's 4 because it felt better than 3. Also little things like toilet air freshener, extra tissue box and real flowers instead of fake would have been a nice touch to make it a solid 4.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. My sister had booked to stay and our grandmother had passed away. She asked for a refund which they gladly waved any fees and it has been 14 days and still no refund. My sister is a single mother and she never even stayed at the property the total charge was $410.05 out of her pocket two days after our grandmother passed away

My husband & I had a two night stay at Nightingale's it is beautiful & peaceful. The villa was tidy & comfortable. The staff were lovely. We had a lovely weekend & bought 3 bottles of red. Thank you to the staff at Nightingales we will be back.RegardsMaree & Patrick Jolley

The view of the vines and the mountains are just breathtaking from your Vila deck. Sit, relax and enjoy the rolling scenery from this amazing luxury accommodation. The apartment is exceptionally clean and spacious. Enjoy the spa enjoy a glass of wine and admire the vines.

Fantastic host Katherine was very attentive and friendly.Jaymen cooked the most amazing food , your a great chefThank you for making a stay so relaxing and enjoyable.Amazing scenery, food and wineWe even went home with a case of beautiful wines to look forward to .Highly recommend, and will definitely be returning

The wine tasting didn’t include ANY information about the wines- I asked one question and got “I don’t know sorry”. The bottle of red wine we purchased after tasting was fizzy and it wasn’t meant to be!As for accomodation the view is stunning, however the hot tub was clean on first inspection but after turning it on we realised there was gunk coming out of the jets.I have also called 3 times now to ask if I left something worth $1000 in our room with no reply. Really disappointed. Will not be back.

terrible customer service especially from katherine so rude yelling over the phone when trying to make a booking , did not know what was happening as a manager she did not know about an issue that I called about 3 weeks ago. She spoke disgustingly terrible do not book this place.

The place was beautiful and so were the views. The spa took over an hour to fill and the plug was broken so the water was just leaking out which was a bit of a disappointment. I felt the communication was really poor we've got a call half an hour before they were to shut to ask when we were arriving as they were closing hope we have got an email the day before stating that they were closing at a certain time we would have made plans to get thete earlir because we wanted to try their Wines. We also didn't know that the restaurant would be shut and we ended up having to go into Polkabin to get food it would have been nice to have had that sent to us an email the day before so we could have been more prepared. I find the websites to be poor with information. Would we stay Again? Absolutely

This place is lovely.Vineyards and views from the villas totally deserve a stay!The staff is lovely and caring.We had some problems with bookings and our reservation but Katherine and the staff made the stay perfect and unforgettable.
