Absolutely thrilled with the technical and customer support provided by Dawson’s with the installation and commission of our heating/cooling unit. Zac and Brendan were particularly fabulous - highly professional and expert in their craft, informative of the process/what they were doing, always on time and always respectful and courteous. I was super impressed with how Ray explained everything to me .I learnt a lot about how reverse cycle systems work.He suggested I contact previous installer as my air con unit may still be under warranty . I really appreciated such advice . Really enjoyed seeing photos of what my roof looked like with all the ducting . If my unit is NOT under warranty , I will definitely get Your firm to replace my unit .I

Got our ducted heating and cooling installed with Dawson. It was a great overall experience from the beginning. We got several quotes from other companies but when Ray came he was the only one who sat down and explained the whole process, he was very thorough and compared which would be the best system for our house . A big thankyou to Brendan and Zac for installing the system, they were punctual and got the job done at the the time they said they would, they ensured we were happy with the placement of everything Before going ahead and starting their work.

The team (Zac, Brendon and Dicko) were on time, polite and friendly. We were really impressed that they went over and beyond to ensure the system was in and running by the end of the day (especially with the awful roof pitch of our house) so we weren't without heating overnight. Connor came to replace some filters in our Ducted AC but realized that in transit to their factory that they were damaged. He told me he wouldn’t do the job until replacements were sourced as he didn’t want Dawson Heating and Cooling’s reputation damaged if he put the damaged ones in….job completed a week later. Connor is honest, professional and an asset to Dawson Heating and Cooling. Thanks once again Connor

Brendon and Zac completed a massive aircon installation job in a single day. The quality of installation was excellent. These gentlemen ensured the place was left clean and that we were fully familiarised with the system operation as well with the follow-on services. Their conduct and attitude towards work was professional. Brendon and Zac demonstrated an example of an excellent service! We will definitely ask for them for any future air conditioning jobs!
