Disappointing experience. Poor service, lack of product knowledge and rude with only one staff member providing any level of customer support. Shopping with my partner I was asked to wait outside if I’m not participating because there was a line of men outside waiting to come in. Was intending to make large purchase but after being asked to wait outside, we won’t be shopping here again.

The staff were so helpful with helping me find what I was looking for in the time allowed. We were only allowed certain amount of time due to how many other customers were waiting to go in. During this crazy time of trying to keep the staff and other customers safe they did an excellent job under these trying times. I was grateful they are still open.

Broke an exhaust rubber Sunday 19th December and wanted the boat for Xmas. Rang my local Whitworths (Newcastle) and none on the shelf. Borrowed one from a mate to get me going again and placed on line order with Whitworths on Monday 20th December.Order on my doorstep Thursday 23rd December, I didn't even fit the borrowed one yet!Great service Whitworths, and a surprising plug for Aussie Post, I really didn't expect to get it before Christmas.
