I honestly couldn't recommend this company more if you're looking for a socially & environmentally conscious bespoke wine tour. Ian has a way of making you feel comfortable from the minute you enter his Luxurious comfort-touring vehicle. Throughout the day, we had a great mix of locations where we would hear about the wineries and wine from both the seller-door attendants and Ian himself (all of whom were totally knowledgable). We ended the day in fits of laughter thanks to Ian's wit & charm - he has a way with conversation on all topics, not just wine!I urge you to support this guy and his small business and South Australia's wineries!

Had a wonderful day in McLarenvale with Ian. Our wine tour was personalised and was very knowledgeable. We enjoyed listening to the history, wine tasting, gin tasting and a delectable lunch. Truly a highlight of our trip to Adelaide. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Ian is very knowledgeable about wine and especially the McLaren Vale Region, and was very accommodating, working with us beforehand to find the perfect tour schedule for the day. I organised a surprise weekend in McLaren Vale for my wife after a very hectic work year. I searched high and low for an amazing private winery tour and after much searching I was rapt to have found Ian of New World Wine Tour Co. From our very first interaction I was impressed by Ian's willingness to work in with other plans I had made and he created a truly amazing experience based on our wine preferences. Ian has brilliant knowledge of the region and the wine making process, which only adds to tastings along the way. We had an incredible day with Ian. The trip was wonderful in the New World Wine Tour van; beautifully roomy leather seats, a very comfortable and smooth journey. Ian has a deep knowledge of wine tasting, at the beginning of the day we learnt about the different components which make the wine sing, and I was able to transfer this knowledge to the tastings at the three wineries we visited, D'Arenberg, Oliver's Taranga Winery and Dowie Doole. Ian was incredible to say the least. His thoughtful recommendations and guidance wasn’t just for our personalised tour on the day, he gladly shared his knowledge of Adelaide to make our whole trip fantastic. To top it off, Ian himself is just honestly a kind person. He also ensured everything on the day was vegan, I didn’t even need to think about it which was so so lovely. Ian was very knowledgable and accommodating. He hosted myself and my partner on a wine tour around McLaren Vale taking us to 6 wineries in one day. His car felt quite luxurious and he made us feel comfortable for the duration of the tour. Would highly recommend as a group or as a private tour!

This wine tour was tailored to our requests. Luxury transport and wonderful venues in including an amazing lunch at the Salopian Inn. Ian was very knowledgeable and a great host. Highly recommend.
