Owner is rude, rude, rude and clearly incompetent. Do not recommend at all, cannot run to schedule, fails to meet deadlines. Has family members rate the business - not good at all.

Owner is rude, obnoxious couldn't run a coin operated toilet with a pocket full of coins. Obusive to customers and clients wouldn't recommend full stop.

Some members were great whilst another had to ask if I was ok to carry a 25kg item to my car . Yes I could have said I wasn't but most gentlemen straight out offer to do so at other places when items are even lighter than this. I therefore struggled to get it to the car (on principle and struggle) but a little bit of unasked for help would have got 5 stars. I hope it was just a bad day for him too and not a common occurrence.

Would be careful in using this company, gave me the run around for 2 days, was told they could pick up an item from Mackay and deliver to Townsville, I stated what the item was in the beginning, I chased the person for two days for the quote to get and email saying sorry we don't do furniture they should state that when I spoke to the person who does the quoting not give me the run around

Terrible driver..asked me for a lift, then refused to give me a hand to take furniture inside. Late in delivery, arrogant drivers. Would not recommend.
