Brightmore Reserve

This is a fantastic park with a mini road system, play shops and a small traditional swings & slides setup (one of the other reviewers has more to say about the intent). Best enjoyed with a balance bike, scooter or a ball! There is a great grass area adjacent to have a kick/chase. Really brilliant park. Also well catered for picnics & parties. Not a tonne of picnic tables but everyone seems to manage.

A lovely playground with a great bike track for all scooters and small bikes to zoom around on. Trees to climb and a small fenced playground with a slide and swing set. Parking during the week is ok but in the weekend more of a challenge.

Small and peaceful park, not very crowded and easy to park, suitable for kids riding under 5, a good place for family relaxing during weekend

Brightmore reserve is known to all as bike park" or "scooter park"

Really lovely little park. It has a gated section preventing kids from running off. It has a cycle scooter track with lots of fun interses and round about. It has a fun little kids size town centre with child size petrol station, bank, Cafe etc. It has child size ambulance and fire truck for kids to play and climb on. There is lovely shady trees to sit under and picnic tables to eat at. There eis also toilet facilities available. It is a lovely little sun trap on a perfect sunny Sydney winters day.

This wonderfully well hidden playground was built in 1997 with just zebra crossings and the ever annoying roundabouts. The aim was to provide a fun, yet educational experience for kids 10 and under.This little track is becoming furthermore popular and in 2011 a strong demand for additional and corresponding improvements led to the creation of what we see today, with Alamo styled shop fronts and emergency vehicles on display.Lastly, the new 'Toddler' play area that was created to accommodate kids that were not tearing up rubber on the track (which is fully fenced and gated) is full of more traditional setups like swings, slides and spring rockers all with shade to boot!!

Been here a gazillion times, this park is suited for kids 5 and under. It’s boring for kids above age 5 it really is for SMALL kids

Great place for kids to have fun. Good location for picnic, family get together and even for parties.Kids play area is well maintained with swings, slider, kids cafe/petrol station etc.Paths available for riding bicycles and scooters.Restroom and Baby changing space available.
