James and the staff at Vivid Computers have been amazing to deal with. Speak in simple computer language for those that aren't as IT savvy. Highly recommend them for both service and sales.

My usual experience with repair for my business PC? Over-promising followed by delivery that falls way, way below the promise, usually with a long frustrating wait to get your machine back - at least 3 times as long as the estimate you were given. My experience with Vivid/SolveIT? The complete opposite. Their team is thorough and attentive. My problem (significant) was diagnosed and fully fixed within the 3 days. Communication flowed constantly, I always knew where they were up to, and there was never any attempt to gouge me. I'm not just satisfied with the result, I'm delighted. Save yourself a lot of heartache and frustration next time you're in a bind with your PC or laptop - just go straight to these guys. I for one, now I've found them, won't be looking to anyone else, that's for sure . Brian

Upgraded my hard drive and replaced the existing battery. The computer is over 10 years old and has never run so fast in its life. Great service and great follow up as well.

I was in such a state when my laptop came back from being repaired by ACER. ACER had totally wiped everything on my laptop. My emails - my programs. A friend of mine told me about Vivid Computers. They had my laptop up and running in a very short time and the relief was unbelievable. He worked in my best interest, was very knowledgable and was able to provide a service (in line with what was necessary) that was affordable and very worthwile.
