Probably the worst web hosting in Australia. Talk to Darwin over the phone. We have been having issues caused by their hosting services. They're not willing to help unless I pay to upgrade the cpanel hosting service. Terrible experience and disappointment with the service. Have been their customer for 8 years.

The sheer arrogance of Webcentral is breathtaking. They failed to invoice me and then suspended my email account because I hadn't paid! They did this without giving me any notice whatsoever. So now emails sent to me simply disappear.

The customer service at Webcentral is the worse experience that I have seen, they make the worse look good. I have spent thousands of dollars with them. My card expired and I owed them $19 which was 7 days past the due date. They sent me emails which went to my spam folder (go figure) and they suspended all of my emails.I called this morning and they told me this. I immediately paid but they said that the payment was being processed, we all know that payment gateways are immediate. It is now 3.30pm the afternoon and we are still without any emails, this has cost my business thousands of dollars and yet they do not care!
