We stayed at the “Sahara Trails”. The location and property itself is good. But there’s a few things needed improvement:1. The water coming out of any taps is yellow.2. Not enough bins provided near the property. Quite often you have to walk a couple of hundred meters to a skip bin. But even that bin gets quite full.3. Check in and check out processes are rather difficult. To pick up and drop off the keys, you have to go to the office, which is 15 minutes away by car. No lock box at the property.4. There’s other small rules that made this place seems more hassle than the other Airbnb we stayed.Overall, I would not recommend this agent and it’s holiday properties.

We recently stayed at Amanda Court, Little Beach for our annual family vacation. Being in the Real Estate industry myself for over 13 years and knowing how difficult this busy time of year is with unexpected repairs and queries; I have to say that our Agent Kylie was absolutely wonderful to deal with during our stay, she was kind, professional and her communication was exceptional.I would highly recommend Kylie Watson to anyone considering an agent in the area to manage their investment and holiday rental.Thank you for your care and time Kylie! I had a very comfortable & pleasant stay in this bright, airy and spacious house at 4 Fishermans Bay Road, Anna Bay.I found it to be clean, tidy and well-kept.It has new or excellent condition TV, lounge, air-con, beds, fridge and washing machine.The living area has big windows all the way around, with a very pleasant, leafy outlook over a sports field.It’s a 3 minute walk to swim in the Little Morna sea pool & a 10 minute walk to the fabulous Birubi Beach.I would recommend it for a beach stay!

1 star is too much- Holiday plans have been destroyed!I made a booking for Christmas period to secure a good property for a reasonable price and only to be advised 2 months out that my booking was cancelled because the property was sold. Staff were rude and unhelpful and had no compassion or sympathy! They did not honour my booking, they sent options that were either in a different suburb or ridiculously expensive so weren’t even worth it!They are a booking agency and can’t even help with a booking! Absolutely unacceptable and although issues can occur they should at least help assist their customers!

We have had our property listed for holiday rental through Lisa and Daniel for the past 14 years, and only have very good things to say about them and their team.Their staff maintain very high standards, screen tenants carefully, and go well above and beyond to ensure that our occupancy rate is high, whilst still ensuring that our property is looked after.Cant speak more highly of Natalie, our holiday lettings manager, who is simply THE BEST! She is without doubt the most thorough, courteous and professional RE person that I have dealt with. All of their staff are terrific, from Tammy at the front desk through to the accounting team.Would not go anywhere else.Have read some of their negative reviews, and quite frankly, struggle to believe that they are talking about the same agency.

We have been renting from this agent for a few years and havr receieved awefull service from a particular member of staff, very rude, very umempathtic treating us as tenants like second grade citezins.My most recent phone call with this staff member, had her informing me that i have to let her in to my home while i was packing and moving out, or she will serve me notice, forgive my ignorance but if i have to let you in, then you dont need to serve notice. She brushed off comment of all my possesions are scattered as i pack, responding with no one cares that it's messy and ignoring the comment, i care about my possesions being on show". Then
