Awesome customer service. Big shout out to Nicky. She was super helpful an friendly when my car key fell into the post in the dog wash. She basically used every tool available, an ended up breaking the post to retrieve my key. Can't thank you enough Nicky for your help. Much appreciated

Great selection. Friendly staff.Only thing I don't like about Animates is that it is so expensive.They would lose a lot of customers to the likes of kmart and the warehouse where you can buy similar things for much much cheaper.

SUPERDEDOOPER HELPFUL. These guys were so helpful and friendly- we had to check where we were!There was upselling goin on, on-selling, jokes and laughter, suggestive selling….It really was quite an experience
