I found Nurse Next Door when I was fed up with my existing home nursing service. They have done an amazing job over the last two months, arriving at the booked appointment time and calling to ask permission to change the time well in advance if they want to change it.Their staff are friendly, respectful and the same nurse turned up each time unless she was on leave. The Nurse Manager couldn't do enough to support me; I can't thank them enough for their caring support.

As a diabetic I rely on medication and pen for injections each week. I in conversation communicated that supplier were not able to keep up with Diabetic suffers demands, next moment Belinda was phoning many chemists to see if they had supplies? Eventually a chemist one hour round trip from my location had one in stock. After leaving details Belinda prepared to drive to the chemist and pick up my diabetic pen, Belinda suggested I stay home relax she would return that shift before leaving for her home. Experiences are too many to share of encounters other careers and nurses and staff I have had with. I would like to thank Ingrid for organizing transport for my mother in law to attend a funeral, as she is 97 this needed to be very specific in care. Abbie was the our carer for the day and she was amazing, polite , kind and considerate.We cant thank Nurse Next Door enough for their help, it made our lives much easier on a very emotional day.

The NND team are amazing. All of the staff (Admin and Nurses) do their very best to care for my Dad. They’re a great team who work together well and never let us down. Only because they are so reliable and caring did I feel able to take some time away, because I knew that my Dad was in expert hands.
