A really good company, the Solar Panels installed were of a high quality which is what I wanted and all the installers that came on site were friendly and professional. So this all culminated into a high quality installation.

We had a 4.27kw system fitted on a small inner city townhouse by TCK solar. Due to the small size of our roof, we opted for a high end system with micro-inverters.Of the 3 quotes we received TCK was the most expensive but gave us the most KW.The quoting process was very smooth after a site visit was arranged. Timo answered a lot of my questions during the site visit.Installation was very smoothly done over 2 days, with everyone turning up on time and leaving the house in a neat and tidy state.The installation looks great despite having to do a lengthy cable run on the outside of the house. As we had lots of rain after the installation, can safely assume there was no damage to the roof.After installation TCK have been very thorough in chasing up the retailer and safety inspector.Pricing: expensive but not unreasonable for what we received.Quality: excellentService: excellent

Very pleased with the end result. Great personal service from Timo and the staff. We had a slight delay in the supply of the panels but this was outside TCK's control. Administrative services have been a little slow but overall a job well done.

I am extremely happy with the Tesla Battery and VPP end-result due to my TCK sales and installation special people. The only reason I have given 4 and not 5 stars is because of the rebate/software/admin difficulties with the online forms which occurred between Vic Solar, Tesla and TCK. The situation was eventually identified and rectified by some good problem-solving people who I eventually found at all three entities. Out of all the trades I have dealt with throughout our build, I have to say TCK have been the best. Nothing is too difficult, they are flexible, all the tradespeople are friendly, knowledgeable, patient and you get a sense they treat each install as if it was their own place. A pleasure to deal with.

TCK provided the best quality panels, great service, easy to communicate with to arrange site visits and installation and took care of all the paperwork to get connected to the grid and feed-in tariff with our retailer. Would highly recommend to any one looking for a top quality system and service.
